Have you guys seen this yet? It's predicted to be a killer of vB and IPB; as well as being made by the original vB devers.

Yup I've seen it, it's good to see the original vbulletion devs getting together and working on something.

Yeah I have seen it as well.
I would prefer to have vB myself.

The fact that it's a better software to use. That Xenforo just copies what vB does.
vB is just awesome. Xenforo is just a clone

XF is still in beta, so it still has a life ahead.
Most forums offer similar functions. I like vb too just because I know where everything is and know how to use it.
I help moderate on a few forums & 2 of them are switching to xen..lol

 

I would prefer to see XenForo automatically come up instead of being downloaded as a package and for everyone to have to pay for it. Just like what all the free ones do. The only difference is you pay for it, the guys upload the whole thing for you and you have an awesome forum

 

That's very interesting. Is there forums software that upgrades automatically?

 

yeah there are a few free ones that do. Phpbb and IPBfree do
