    Windows 7 Showoff

As i installed Windows 7 Enterprise (full) as my main OS as im switching to Win7 Home on release of Windows 7 (oct 22nd)

If you would like me to get any screenshots of any specific parts or anything in the system then just ask me and ill have a an SS within 10mins!

The install process went incredibly easy, As i wasnt going to reformat anyway because of so many problems i just went ahead into the windows 7 install, chose the partition and click format, then installed win7, took about 30mins.

Installing the Windows 7 64bit version of my GFX card was so easy i then did the experience rating and that enabled Windows Areo and im telling you know it looks 100% better with aero on =), 1 problem im still having is getting touchpad working because the Dell Driver wont install and i cant use my mouse because im on my bed, So any Screen Shots you wont ill get them such as Task manager or anything!

    Current Screen Shots:

    Task Bar:

    .

    New Paint:

    .

    Control Panel:

Sounds like youre enjoying it :D One of my favourite graphical points of Windows 7 are the taskbar program icons, when you hover over them the colour that it highlights with is dependent on the icon for the program.

Didn't I read somewhere that MS Paint was being re-done? Is it this version of Windows?

If so, I'd like to see that! :D

It is all visually great but does the new mspaint offer anything better? Looking at that I cant see anything at all other than a tarted up interface :D

Ill be sticking with Photoshop then :D You would expect something awesome from a new mspaint, maybe even something which would suffice for non photoshop users who are looking to mess around with their photos etc. I have always hated paint for how basic it is.

I cant remember the control panel :D May we have an image?

Some of my favorite features in W7 (not in Vista AFAIK):
The UAC panel has been drastically overhauled, making it less obtrusive
The Homegroup setup helps to determine and automatically configure networks easily enough. Not that it was hard before, but this is just easier.
Automatic desktop switching, so I'm not looking at the same thing all the time.

I'm NOT a huge fan of the new taskbar, but I can live with it
