Who are you hosted by, and why?

I'm with Pluto Hosting, and Ash talked me into it so that's why. I'm glad he did too as I'm really enjoying it.

 

my provider is liquidweb, there reliable and fast. great hosting company.

 

Did you get this fixed? I've been with Hostgator for about two weeks now and haven't had any problems.

 

I was going to leave anyways. I was on a friend's reseller (I paid for parts of the price) and he wasn't going to pay afterwards.

Either way, Litespeed on HH kicks Apache's ass on HG.

 

you are thinking of another VPS provider I used to use, VPS Guys and then later CertoHost. Won't be going back to either of those any time soon.

That was it. I knew there was one that you guys, I think even when you were on 2 Host U, that you were having some serious issues with, that not only affected you guys, but also affected us clients in some shape or form as well.

 

2HostU never used those providers, they used others based in Australia

 

He actually got hired IRL at some host, so he's apparently doing something there. I don't know anything after that.

Hostgator wont give you problems until you grow, they are known to be trigger happy, exceed your limits many times and then you will see you got suspended, I see it happen all the time.

 

not to mention they tried to sell me something I did'nt want...

 

Yea, its better if they are avoided... they look trust worthy, probably thats why most people buy from them.

Very true, I always get quality support... and have never had any downtime on my forum. A true great host.

You should, I know so many people that use them.

 

Im using fatcow, not very happy with them.

 

I use hostgator. I like their cpanel and the seo features.

 

Believe it or not AdminBB was first on them. They are horrible. Once your site gets big, it will get very slow... they have crappy servers.
