At what point do you no longer consider your forum "new"? Is it after hitting a certain milestone, achieving a defined statistic, or what?

In my opinion, a forum is no longer new when the atmosphere changes. When you no longer feel like you are talking to yourself or just a few other members, and you get the sense of an active community, then I'd say it's no longer "new".

I see a forum as being new up until a year of being online.
