What perks do you give to paying members?

Ok so what perks do you see being given to members who send you money.
It doesn't matter if they are subscriptions or just donations.

For example, on one of the sites I ran, there was no subscriptions. However if you donated, (just once, no min) you got access to donor lounge, custom user title, and a @domain e-mail address. I know on AA you get usertitles and a special logo in your postbit. On a site like that, what happens to a person when he stops paying? Does he lose all his perks?

What I am looking for is two answers.
One - Donations: XXX with YYY happening when ZZZ occurs
Two: Subscriptions: XXX with YYY happening when ZZZ occurs

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Wasn't sure...

I have a spouse support forum.

I have regular and subscriber memberships. The subscribers receive the following.

    Private messages increased
    Access to a private forum
Access to blog (used to be exclusive gallery access also)
    Large image for signature
View/post on the forum when it's closed for any reason
Play newly added arcade games first
Since I routinely prune inactive members, 6 month and 1 year subscribers are not pruned if they are inactive.

This is a really great question. I'm always looking for more perks.

I usually look for a custom title to tell that I'm a supporter/donator, and a special forum when I donate to a site, and if it's good I usually do. For example, I just donated to Text and Shoot for no reason other than to get a cool name and badge and then they take my badge XD. I still love em though.

On my forum IPBAdmin, I'm looking at a couple different plans. Here's a rough outline of them.

$5-$20 (monthly to yearly): Custom User Title, Private Forum, Increased PM Box (the usuals)
$20-??? (monthly to yearly): Same as the above plus an @domain.com email address, ability to open, close, edit, delete their own posts/threads. I'll be using Google Apps for the email addresses just to keep my email server from overloading, getting black listed, etc. Still gotta write up the TOS for it though.

Now when you guys say custom title, do you mean allowing a member the ability to create their own title or are you talking about creating one for them that they can't change?

I'm going to have it auto set it to Premium Member or whatever, but let them have the option to change it if they want to.

Interesting. Even if a user requests to donate, you won't accept it?
