What is your strongpoint in the forum world?

I would say my strong point is dealing with the forums maintenance, styles etc

 

Yeah, my weakness - I'm not a designer. I can design, but I'm much better at implementation than raw design work. It's one of those areas where I thought I was a lot better than I actually was for quite some time.

 

overall community management and whatnot

basically implementing needed and requested changes, keeping communication flowing with staff (tough one sometimes), etc

 

I think I am good with backend stuff.

I am also good at thinking of cool ideas, getting them to work is a different story though.

 

My weakness is the templates. Can't draw to save my life, have trouble with Photoshop and my voice recognition software working together, so any work I do with graphics takes forever. Adobe Illustrator is much easier but not everything can be vector graphics.

 

Well, I do have to say my weakness is.. uh.... u_u.... umm... money T.T..... No one supports [in my family] what I do online, so money resource has to come from somewhere else.
