What future contests would YOU like to see on Alien Soup v3?

Howdy,

We plan to offer new contests and giveaways occasionally to our membership once we re-open with our new site.

What items would YOU most like to win for being an active member?

 

Well, I voted for my favorite thing, but honestly, all of the above sounds good. Maybe the best route is to do such contests with a little variety... you know, keychains for this contest, TiVo for that contest.

 

I put gift certificates. That way, a) the person can get what they want, and b) you can make the store related to the contest (ie. Barnes & Noble for a poetry contest, Best Buy for who has the best dvd collection, etc.).

 

I choosed Prise ... Like keychain, lifesize doll of alien with theese cookies in the hands ... Yumm!

Hmmm ...why this poll does not contains OTHER?

Of course ... I think that there are can be another way to stimulate. I think that special board with the PICTURE of most active member, how we can see him ... with ability to sign this card and sent him best wishes, gold molded diploma or something else ... You know ... To be a sertified active member of Soup ... this is awesome ... and this diploma on the wall in You cubikle ... or just measure it in comparise with other souppers H[a/e]ll of fame ...

Unfortunately ... I already voted for Prize Set ...

But ... The Hall of Fame and Soupper of the Month in golden frame ... I think it will be good ...

i said clothing - it would lead to doing laundry less often

 

I chose home electronics, but really anything is fine. I'm a big fan of gift certificates and who wouldn't want and aliensoup clothing item, like maybe a hooded sweat-shirt or something .

 

I chose the computer hardware, because I'm all geekly into that right now. But I think a little bit of everything would be good too. Not centered all on one category, but, as Dan said, one prize for a certain contest, another for another contest. Or have a person able to choose. Make a really daring or hard contest, and then have the winner choose from one of the randomly picked items in each category.
Doesn't really matter to me, I think any of it would be good. It's free stuff (for the winner(s) anyway).
