    The only thing it looks like is vBulletin :P (Which it is)

    (And the favicon is also vB's logo as well)

    If you think I'm trying to state that paid forum software is hackable as well, then no, that was not my intension. I just discovered the site a few months ago when looking for Apache help, and always wondered what software was used.

    It's vBulletin, and they've paid to remove the copyright. :)

    A good way to tell is by viewing the source of the site, usually the software will have something similar to below (I know vBulletin does):
