What do you think IPB 4.0 will look like or have in it out of the box? Do you think it'll continue being fantastic? I hope so. I really hope IPS took notes from their competition (vBulletin) and don't end up making the same or similar mistakes as they did.

I'm impressed with what I've seen with the 3.2? new style and update, it's looking sharp.
I used IPB a year ago and thought it was decent, it just wasn't the script for me.
I do LOVE IP.Content though.. I want that for all my sites..lol

The changes to IP.Content have been huge since I first converted.

I like the way IPB is going as far as backend tweaks and improvements. I believe there will be an archive system in 4.0. A true archive system and not anything like that "archive" system in vbulletin. I also see more integration with and maybe even modules to mimic social networks.

I agree. I can't wait for 3.3 :) I'm also looking forward to the new revamped iOS and Android apps for IPB forums. :D It should be a very nice update. :) I can't see myself using anything other then IPB from now on really. :)

I don't know how to expect since for me it's already great as a community software.
I hope IPB devs can improve the security and speed of the script more. :)
So back on the topic, what do you think IPB 4.0 will look like? I think I can't expect anything for now.:D

Security needs improvement? I find IPB to be very secure. :) Far more secure then vBulletin. :)
