vstore taboo?

Yo Mods...

What's so wrong about "vstore" links? Their site sucks but I didn't see anything overtly evil about them. Why the lockdown on mentioning them? Will I disappear now too (like in the Bermuda Triangle)?? .

Just curious- didn;t want to err in the future...

Vstore posts aren't permitted, due to the fact that anyone can go there, and create 5 stores right now, and post all the coupons that Vstore occasionally makes available. These would run rampant.

We have 5 of those very stores here at Alien Soup, however we wouldn't even consider going and posting them on other forum or coupon sites.

It's self-promotion at it's finest, since 99% of anyone posting the links will be owner of the Vstore, thereby recieving free advertising here, and that doesn't benefit anyone but the owner of the Vstore.
