vBulletin SQL Database, Unique Name, (Expired) vB License.

I was managing a site with a friend of mine for awhile, it was mainly a general discussion board with some vBulletin tech support, I took the hosting offline for a few months to have the activity die down so I could start working on selling the site.

SQL : The forum has around 600 members, about 800 threads, and just over 7000 posts.. I went through a domain change as well, so there is a few traces of the previous forum name, which can be easily removed.
Domain : is vBNT expires sometime in April of 2011.
License : The license is expired, and I think it is version 3.8.1 (Possibly 3.8.5, I have two.)

I'm looking for offers, I'll only be taking cash via PayPal transfer..

All I am saying is if you want to sell something, it goes for more when it works... A forum "works" when it is active...
