vBulletin license, vBSEO license and Invision Power Board license (Cheap)

It allows you to download any version of vB4 that was released until expiration. You can run that version till forever, but you can't get newer versions.

I.E. Your license expires tomorrow. You can download and use 4.0.3 now, use it till next year (or whenever), but cannot get 4.0.4 which is supposed to come soon.

but then to continue as a paid member...do you have to pay $175 which is the upgrade charge..or is their lesser charge like $25/6 months to continue the support.

 

Under the new vBulletin license agreement, customers are no longer allowed to renew the update and support of vBulletin license version 3.x.

But if you buy vBulletin 4.x license, it won't never expire.

Not to be picky here, but "it won't never" means it will always, it's two negatives which equals a positive. I just thought I'd mention it just in case you say that often.

'It wont ever' is the correct way of saying that.

As for the offer. What you got VB4 wise right now? I need two licenses and sharpish, but they're upgrades of VB3, will it just work out better to do the upgrades directly? How are you guys dealing with this right now as VB3's now need updating to VB4's even if you still just run VB3, they tell you to just not upgrade the forum but buy the new VB4 license.

Jack is one of the best guys you would ever meet. I think all up I have purchased about six or seven different licenses from him since he first posted on these forums many many moons ago and I have never had an issue with him or any of his products.
