vB or IPB lawsuit?

Think I'd better open a ticket at vB.com and run it by them, because that's exactly what I was planning to do with one forum

 

I'm wondering why they keep accusing you. If you have alpha versions legitimately they should know because you'd be on a shortlist. If your friend is passing them to you unauthorized of course they have a reason to complain.
