What about a twitter like service for forum admins? It would allow forum admins to converse easily about what's going on or what just happened on their forums. Good or bad idea?

Why not make an admin only area on your forum?

No I mean like a Twitter service for ALL forum admins. Like instead of a forum for admins, have a twitter like service for them. I don't know, just thought it'd be a cool way for admins to share what's going on with their sites like people do in twitter.

Oh I understand. It is a cool idea. I am not sure how well it would work, but I guess with good advertising, it would work. Hashtags with the newest problems, hashtags for updates. Go for it!

Bryce, what about just making a twitter list or using a hashtag on twitter so people could follow the updates?

Don't really see why people wouldn't use Twitter instead of this.
