I dont think asking to share this layout of this forum on your own forum, is going to get you anywhere, for simple reasons:

1. You only just signed up, this is your first post
2. Why should they? What will they get from it? How will alien soup benefit from shareing with you
3. This layout probably took a really long time to make, and i dont think they are going to share it anyway

 

Yes, this type of thing should definitely be handled via PM.
The admin's name is Alien, but you definitely should have looked that up before posting this.
