Thread as Poll?

    I've been noticing that some boards using FuseTalk have the option to make a thread include a poll function, where the topic can be voted on by clicking an icon within a post in the thread.

    I'm thinking this would be useful, as well as fun, if UBB allows it.

    Does it? If it does, is there any technical reason that it can't be implemented?

    vBulletin includes it as well Alien (as a hack in the current version, or in v2 as standard) .

    DD - UBB does not support this function, the only way would be for the person who wrote the poll hack to edit it, so it would do this.

    Here is a more specific example.

    Notice the graph button in the upper right corner of each post in the thread.
    Discussion can go on normally, while the poll is conducted for those who wish to participate.

    There is no current ability to do this in any public modification for this software to date.

    If it were released, I'd add it. .
