Wouldn't using Javascript to hide content from search engines be border-line black hat? I was reviewing the Google Webmasters Site Guidelines and some issues clicked in my head while reading them, after enabling this option. (Cloaking, sneaky Javascript redirects, and doorway pages - Webmasters/Site owners Help)

Can anyone care to expand on this? I have to agree, the sole purpose of Virutal HTML display is to trick the search engine into thinking something is not there at all in order to increase the content to code ratios and rankings, if that's not the purpose, then what is the purpose (the description for it summarizes as it is hiding content from the search engine, while leaving the page in order for users.)
