Stop Forum Spam announce removal of Xen utilities users

    From reading the AdX thread I have to agree with SFS's stance. XenUtil's is pollutiing the SFS database but submitting failed registrations.

    That being said at one time I tried registering for SFS's forum, something went wrong, and my IP ended up on the spammers list. A couple of tweets sorta fixed it but my ISP leased me a new IP in the time being anyhow.
