Social Submitter -- Ideal for SEO Purposes?

Is this really ideal for SEO purposes, or is this just considered another form of spam?

 

I'd be wary.

Google has strict rules about how websites are indexed, and if they find that one is being artificially spread, they may decide not to index it at all.

I should tell you that I have almost NO idea what's good for SEO and what's not...I'm still (kinda) learning that bit.

It's just that I've heard way back when that when you submit your site to other sites that "guarantee" site submissions for all search engines that Google fought back and actually removed sites from their index.

I would wait until you get some better advice than from me before you make your final decision, but as I said, be wary.
