    Why do we have a cat smiley and not a dog smiley?

    I can do that but no oggy:

    Because there is a dog message icon and not a cat one..... seems fair to me

    Oh, I thought it was more along the lines of "vertical smile", when it's actually closer to "The Squatting Frog".
