    Nick/Tyler/Chris,

Over on some other admin-related sites that I've joined in the past there has been a way to display our blog or site feeds. This gets me some linkbacks and a just another way to get the word out on our latest news :)

Any thoughts on adding something like that?

Arny, this is an interesting idea. Nick/Tyler/rest of the community, thoughts?

Could we.... possibly.... get a link? Or at least a screenshot.

It would allow members to show the latest blog or news entry (via a feed) that has been posted to their website on here (AA), right in their postbit. Let's say that Arny makes an entry about puppies on his blog titled "The Secret Life of Puppies". If he were to link the feed to his profile here on AdminAddict, that title would show up in his postbit, viewable to all members (and accessible with a click).

:ghost:Ohhhhh, got it. Hmm, that would be kind of cool, but maybe the size of the link might be interrupted depending how long the tittle of the feed is, no?

This is used on just about every site I visit.

Tyler and I discussed it a while ago and we had no issues with implementing it, but we decided that we wouldn't do it in the beginning for fear of losing traffic. If all of our members (which we had very few of, at the time) had outgoing links everywhere, we would definitely lose some visitors.

We will definitely re-consider it though. :)

Arny, I can't seem to find a working version of this modification at vBulletin.org. Do you have any recommendations?

If not, I'll just ask on one of the webmaster sites, because a lot of the ones that I visit have this installed. :)

Nick, you may want to ask Brandon to see which mod and version he's using.
