With all the work in progress' lately, and the free graphics being provided, I thought I'd chip in...

    Feedback?
I'm aware that the replies are a little off the center.

Not real crazy with the font Tom, but its not to shabby over all.

I am quite fond of the gradient on those as well as the text. If the text was a bit brighter I think these could be considered done. At least I think so. Good work.

    Thanks guys...

David, I liked the text, but I can definitely change it - any suggestions?

Mike, it's appreciated. The gradient is nice - I was just playing around with different blues, and that came along... And I said, "Dang, that is nice." So I ran with it.

    Thx again!

Generally, I think they have great potential. I really love that shade of blue.

The font doesn't seem fitting. Something curvy (like you have) comes to mind, but not as distinctly cursive-like as yours.
A bit brightening of the text would also be an improvement, IMO.
I also like the chalk-like texture of the text. Very neat. :)

Thanks Nick - I was thinking an italicized Verdana, or something of the like...

Works for me! But then again, I can't seem to make any good choices on fonts. :p

    Nice buttons overall. :)

Is the distressed look a part of the font, or did you add that?

    Glad you like them, Chani.

The distressed part is apart of the font.

I don't know about anyone else, but I personally like the fonts on them. :D Could be used on a forum that needs some class. My only gripe is the visibility of the text.

Thanks for the feedback, Dave - I'm going to continue finishing that set with that text, and make another with a more simpler text...

    Any suggestions?

I actually like the text color (not the font). With a sharp dropshadow behind it, the text would stand out better.
