I'm trying it, and I got an AStore running, but can someone from outside the UK buy from a associates store set up through the .co.uk site? I have no idea where to find this answer in their documentation, but while myself and some others members are from the UK, many others are from the US, Australia, etc. What happens if they try to buy through my site's store?

It does not matter where the user is located in. If he buys on amazon.co.uk, he buys from amazon.co.uk. If he buys through your amazon.co.uk partner link, you'll get commission.

You should have additional partner links for amazon.com and present them users from usa instead of the co.uk links.
