    i have a pr2 sports blog, very popular. trying to sell it because i am in the need of money right now.

    the niche is FOOTBALL and FLORIDA GATORS. search on google they are VERY popular.

    i have a full time job, cant even keep up with it anymore. i need to pay bills.

    averaged around $21 adsense monthly and averages around 55 unique visitors a day..

    it is ranked #1 on google for keyword- trey burton
