Post counts no longer increment in Playpen forum

Hey,

After discussion with our staff members, we've decided to remove the post count from the Playpen forum. Given the nature of that forum, we feel it is best to remove post counts there to more accurately reflect a user's activity and to remove the temptation to 'cheat' by users concentrating all posts there...

Alien, I am so sorry, but ... can You tell us names of these mysterious cheaters? We will reproach for them throughly! You know how we all worry about soup.

And ... I think that it is better that all cheaters are concentrated in one small place ... Of course, Your ANTI-CHEATER action will reduce their amount in Playpen forum, but ... Are You shure that they will not migrate to Mothership forum?

Anyway, as loyal souper I'll support Your beginning war for cheaters ...

we don't have any cheaters right now, but we've had them in the past. that's a secondary goal of this, the primary goal is to accurately reflect the number of posts a person has - the playpen is more a game area than a discussion area, essentially, and the consensus is that the post count should indicate participation in discussion.
