Well anyone can buy their own server, all I'm saying is, blogs don't normally take all that much out of a host.

I just upgraded mine.. Because my 20+ sites and blogs bombed the server.. According to it I have 50 Domains including subdomains... Wow.

Unless your running a very large blog with lots of traffic and comments you don't even need a VPS. You can cut back on using to many resources with caching which is a good option.

I have a large VPS for my board but I don't truly need it all I'd need is a solid shared host but it's very hard to find, lol. Plus I really like the guaranteed resources vs. whoever get's it first with shared.

 

fyi...I have a very good shared account with this forum and about 20 other sites
