new post/post reply button order

    cool beans.

    incidentally, i noticed that the buttons above the box for posting take a really long time to load mouseovers. and it seems to load again every time i do a mouseover. i know there's a faster way

    also, the posting box needs to be wider

    i knew i'd forget these things if i didn't post them now .

    the faster way would be to load the mouse over images before the page has loaded.
    They would therefore allready be cached when you went over them.
    To do this you need to you a little bit of javascript and the onload= option in your <body> tag.

    If you want an example, just let me know.

    they are still quite slow

    faster, but still slow - it loads forever, not downloads, for bizarre reasons.

    i usually put the images somewhere on the page itself, but with width=0 and height=0. that way they're immediately accessible to the browser. i dunno if it works better than the js, but it's psychologically better...... for me, anyway.
