Network Bar

I want an topbar and will try to explain it the best I can.
wetalk.tv That site has in its top an bar were it says WETALK NETWORK and have buttons like movies,tv and so on. The background is what I am after I want it to look good and should not be very light. I do not want any buttons like wetalk have as movies, tv and so on thoose will be only links.
I don't want any logo there either since I already have one.
But I do want an good looking seperator that I can put betwin the links.

So basicly all I want is the background and seperator.

The price is something we can come up with together.
I hope I explained in an good way that you understand exactly what I want.

 

I know he owns the site and I do not want the exact same that he uses that was just an example of what I want.

 

I Think Its Done With The Website Creator, You Can Creator One, I've Seen A Post On
Another Site, Where You Create Something Like That But Its Javascript So Its There On
Every Page. You Can Create Your Own With Your Web Host.
