Moderator and 2 Promoters Please

I need a basic moderator just to keep the site safe and be active. Also, I need two people who would be willing to go advertising on several forums/sites getting our URL and name on those sites. This job of promoters would reward those workers with a free ad of their personal site (or other choice) on the header ads as long as employed and a free lifetime subscription of being gold on the site. This is the only "free" way to get into these kinds of services we offer, on SF.
