I might be interested in the Provb Index - Have you asked them about how to transfer the license between accounts?

 

I've tried to find their support or ticket area there, but they might have the most user unfriendly site i've ever came across

Here's a screen shot of the valid license, you can either have the account its assoicated with, then login and update the email to match yours
