What are your thoughts on legalization, are you for it or against it?
Not surprised that it is starting to happen. Possession of less than an ounce is a misdemeanor in most states now and is really nothing more than a slap on the hand.
It's going to be interesting, when arizona made their own immigration laws people went nuts. I assume eventually this is going to go to the supreme court as well. However with Obama being reelected, and you could see a more liberal supreme court by the time it gets there, I dont think it will get over turned.
I have a feeling we are about to become a stoned country of burnouts....sigh. Oh well, to each their own i suppose.
