Marijuana legalized in two US states

    Thought this was pretty big news, it's going to be interesting to see how the federal government reacts to this and to see if other states follow Colorado & Washington State in legalization.

    What are your thoughts on legalization, are you for it or against it?

    Not surprised that it is starting to happen. Possession of less than an ounce is a misdemeanor in most states now and is really nothing more than a slap on the hand.

    It's going to be interesting, when arizona made their own immigration laws people went nuts. I assume eventually this is going to go to the supreme court as well.

    However with Obama being reelected, and you could see a more liberal supreme court by the time it gets there, I dont think it will get over turned.
