Male/Female

I was reading the thread "The stupid things guys say" and something was brought up that sounded like a good idea (I believe Finity mentioned it then BizkitBabe). Why not in the registry put and option that allows peopel to show what gender they are. So then maybe under their username when they post it'll show if they are a girl or boy...maybe a male symbol for men and a female symbol for women. That way there is no confusion as to how to address someone (he/she/him/her) .
