Mail issues

on a wim i decided to check my aliensoup email
its not my main email so i dont check it unless i get the little "you have a new email at aliensoup"
but
i havent gotten one of those in weeks
and i go and find i have 9 new mails

for shame!

Recently we fixed a couple of e-mail problems, and you may be recieving 'e-mail notifications' of topics you set to do that in the past...

Otherwise, I can't imagine what else you're talking about, so let me know. .

I think he is talking about the option to have the everything.net email service you use send a notification to another email box when you recieve a new message. I have noticed my email accounts has also stopped doing this, and the one at my site is also not working....therefore I assume it is a problem with the provider, everyone.net

Fired them off an e-mail mentioning this, hopefully they'll take care of it...

I tried a test tonight, and both notifications worked from my test account at the e-mail provider.

Let me know if it continues to not work when you have the option turned on.
