Looking to hire developer - vb3 - vb4

I am sad. My goto developer of 4 years has moved on in life. So now I am looking to hire a competent developer for vbulletin.

- must be able to port pluggins from vb3 to vb4
- create pluggins for vb3 & vb4
- can see the bigger picture of what I may be trying to do and not just build, but educate me on how we can make it better with the tools and features available in vB
- can quote by task and is available for support if need be on the products they create.
