Looking for moderators for an off topic forum

    yeah i can second that...
    i once made a good member super moderator to assist me on my journey. then he got mad for some reason, and he banned allmost all the users....
    i then had to unban the users and ban + ip ban the admin

    lesson learned, only make trusted or IRL people your mods

    Thats why you have to restrict their permissions at first, then if you trust them, re add it. I trust all my staff members here, we are like family.

    I totally agree Kaiser.

    That is a nice forum you got there. Hopefully you'll find a good staff member. I'd suggest you look inside your forum for staff as well.

    JSacks - how are you recruiting new members to the forum, it looks as though you need more posters - what strategy do you have to attract more posters?
