Looks nice! I love the style, quite attractive, tho I'll admit that I'd do something different with the header image.

    Goodluck!

I like it so far. It's probably the easiest software to work with in my opinion, plus it's very professional looking as well.

What software were you previously running?

I'm debating using MyBB for all my new startups since vBulletin isn't heading the direction I'd like it to.

Looks nice, Ashley - great job!

Andy, I often do all my startups on MyBB anyways and if it turns out for the best, I switch to vBulletin. It's very cost-effective if that is something important to you.

Andy, I was previously using PHPBB2 with Armleg.com. However, I hope you'll feel like starting up from scratch if you decide to switch, because it is $40 to obtain a backup, and for that reason, I ended up starting over again.

That's a common issue when using a free forum host, which is commonly overlooked by many. Once your forum has grown, you want to move and either have to pay for the database or start fresh - because some free hosts do not relinquish the database regardless of how much money you're willing to pay.

Thankfully, for the time being, I'm at createbb.com and you can get backups for free... all you have to do is remember your activation code that you got when you first registered.

Why are you using a free host? I have seen very few of those types of forums get popular. You could get you a hostgator shared account for $15 a month.

Actually, I have noticed on Createbb support forums that they are offering a kind of post 2 host sort of thing (Advanced Hosting), and I'm thinking of taking advantage of it. I can't afford paid hosting right now because my family is in a financial situation, otherwise I'd move to paid hosting in a heartbeat.

Ha, ha, I already have one post left to make for the basic package on BBHoster, so I think I'm going with them. Thanks anyway, though.

I have decided to stay on free hosting for now. I don't have time to switch at the moment...

Looks great, Ashley. I love that skin you're using, very attractive, as Peggy said. That blue is rockin'! However, as Peggy also said, I'd do something else with that banner/header image.

If you'd like me to do it, for free, let me know!

What's the cost of the domain, Ashley?
