Thanks for proving what many people suspected.

LOL. So much for "the old developers used to listen to customers" argument. Good as they were, I always suspected they had their own vision and customer feedback had very little effect on it.

The thing is - most people will not acknowledge a good idea unless it was their idea.

There are 2 types of personalities in the world - positive and negative.

Positive personality - looks for ways to build up ideas and help other people. Listens to stuff with an open mind, looks for positive things in suggestions, people and ideas.

Negative personality - looks for ways to shoot ideas, suggestions and other people down. These are the types of people, the first words out of their mouths is - "the problem with that is,,,,,," then they go onto tell you how bad the idea was.

Keep that in mind the next time you make a suggestion and pay attention to the persons response.

Negative people are the destroyers, they tear things down, their life is stagnate. Positive people are builders and producers.

I don't believe that was true, at all. NOT in the least.

I think it has been taken out of context but people on there will make a big deal out of it as it seems like all they do over there now no matter what is said.

According to Kier's latest Tweet, what Steve said was incorrect.

Kind-of, because it isn't productive. We're trying to keep the discussion civil and productive, rather than a rant-fest.

You didn't have to remove it (I would have done that for you if I deemed necessary) but I'm just trying to get the message across that I would appreciate if people became more sensitive to what they write, and think twice before posting. :D

I do appreciate your understanding. ;)

I think that it is very important to note that Steve has since removed his post, and issued a public apology to Kier on Facebook.
    and that, is that.

Funny how Steve spouts off about former dev's, but then makes a retraction. Now, if only he could do the same about the whole licensing situation, all will be fine.

I'm starting to wonder if there is perhaps an attempt to some how paint a different picture of the old developers and staff, and make IB look better?

With comments like above, and the one the CEO made about Scott, it seems to be a new trend.

Thats my impression.. As if, they are saying " Hey, we saved you from Jelsoft... we will design you a better forum then they did... and quicker "

It seems, with all of their managers, project managers, etc.. they need a PR dept.
