I think this is the best showcase of how much a vBulletin license is worth...

    Except...

    After 32 results, it says:

In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 33 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included.

And about half the results are discussions about vBulletin 5, not sites running it. Removing Facebook pages, exploit discussions on non vBulletin 5 forums, discussion topics about vBulletin 5, duplicate results from a few sites and sites that changed the copyright to look like vBulletin 5, I can count about TEN actual sites running it. Hardly a great showcase.

    Also, search result numbers:

Powered by vBulletin = 6,770,000,000 results

    Powered by vBulletin 3 = 27,500,000 results

    Powered by vBulletin 4 = 22,600,000 results

    Powered by vBulletin 5 = 453,000 results

    Powered by vBulletin™ Version 3.0 = 13,400,000 results

"Powered by vBulletin Version 3.5" = 1,500,000 results

"Powered by vBulletin Version 3.5.0" = 4,410,000 results

"Powered by vBulletin Version 3.6.0" = 18,300,000 results

"Powered by vBulletin Version 3.7.0" = 14,200,000 results

"Powered by vBulletin Version 4.0.0" = 1,670,000 results

    Powered by vBulletin™ Version 5.0 = 8,320,000 results

It's not a great measure of anything. Just adding quotes or speech marks takes about 10 million results away, and adding a specific version number significantly adds to the score.

I think it's best just to ask this question:

Have you posted on a vBulletin 5 website today?

    Me neither.
