I have a redundant vb4 license

    I have a vbulletin 4.Xl license. I bought it because I am mislead it can run utf-8 Chinese. After months I still cannot download the vb china site's moddified utf-8 version. My site is now using another software.

    Should any idea how to better use this redundant vb license?
