How to change reputation given?

I have a question. I was giving reputation to one special girl (Ripley), and ... accidentally I checked disapprove box ...

How Can I edit it? ... I mean, can I ask moderators to remove these wrong points?

Since I am not very good with computers I noticed when I open up my user CP box people write in comments under treads that I have posted. It is associated with reputation. If I like a thead someone has posted where is the reputation link. Hope you understand what I am trying to say.

So Alien is the only one who can delete the reputations that have been in our userCP. Wouldn't it be a good Idea if we were able to delete these, I mean it will be less work for Alien wouldn't you agree?
