How do i enable the vista administrator account without admin rights?

    I somehow deleted my admin account and now have no admin rights on my laptop. Is it possible to enable the admin account without admin rights? If so, how?
    Another possible would be for to promote an existing user account to admin rights but I can't do this without the admin account.
