Having a private forum for staff members to communicate?

    I disagree, because staff can always PM each other if necessary, it's just more organised if you use a forum, that's all...

    I wouldn't say that as Ashley.S. mentioned you can always have Personal Conversations, just that a staff forum is much more handy for posting updates and important information regarding the community.

    I do have a private forum for staff members only. I think its pretty crucial to have that because communicating through PMs can be difficult. I also have used a private chat (staff only) and it worked out fine. My current staff forum hasn't been posted in like over 3 weeks though.

    I have a private forum for my staff as well - it doesn't get used too often. We're usually all communicating through private messages instead.

    Definitely. I think every forum should have a private staff forum. It's much easier to have a forum rather than using the PM system or email for staff communication. Also alot easier to chat with multiple staff rather than just one. A staff forum is a must!
