getting support bad or good?

    As a admin of forums, there comes a time when a issue appears and we are unable to fix it so we must turn to our host or provider for a resolution. Have you always gotten a bad or good help for your problem on your forum from the host?

    It is good because how else can you fix the problem. For all you know the problem you might be having could be easily solved. It is only bad if you don't look for help,and assume to know how to fix the problem which could result in your forum being FUBAR'D..

    He means how is the support for you? Good bad soo etc..

    Anyways our current webhost is great when it comes to support.

    oh ok.. my bad..well yes, on my current host, support is top-notch. But on SpreeBB, the support was abysmal. You had people asking for help and then the topics sitting there without a reply from the staff for months meanwhile, the staff is on and replying to wither community topics, or topics complimenting their service..

    support, it's good, so far. I rarely ask for support because usually I can find the solution myself eventually. it's just about time, hehe~
