Which do you prefer? Personally I prefer animated favicons, it is shame they dont constantly rotate because that really could be used to attract people back to your site when theyre on other sites. The only animation I've seen on favicons so far consisted of simple scrolling, which I find about as pointless as a revolving logo. If anyone ever finds instructions on how to do something more substantial, I'd love to hear it.
