Do you ever get lazy running your forum?

Sort of. I get disheartened more than anything. If we have a bad day where hardly anyone comes online and posts, then I just give up for a while. I also get very frustrated because my forum is very "engaged", as in they read all the announcements etc, but if I post an announcement asking for opinions or a reply to acknowledge they've read the thread, about two people will do so; I just think to myself "Why even bother".

I've got to get my staff in check though; they're not doing an awful lot and I need the support.
