delete account

    does anybody know how to delete this account?
    I've been looking, but I can't find a "delete account" button anywhere...

    Simple, its on the screen. It's called "Log out".:P

    We do not delete accounts upon user request.

    That is correct.
    You can change the email and forget your pass if you wish.

    Thats an odd request on a forum admin website. Does any forum software have functionality to let users delete their account?

    vBulletin 4 you can do it right through the admin CP.:whistle:

    I think most allow deletion that way, but the op was asking to delete it himself.

    Ya, that's not possible in XF or vBulletin. I don't see the point of signing up, then requesting to delete the account. What's the point of even making an account?:cry:

    Most sites adopt a similar rule. Personally if I stop using a site, instead of asking to delete the account I just make sure I change my mail preferences so that I never receive any emails from it.

    All I do is if somebody asks for their account to be deleted I just give them a permaban but colour code it.
