VB tech Support or VBSEO tech support?

    If VB tech Support-

I'm not going to ask or look up specific tickets here but I would remind whomever emailed you that if they did not receive an automatic email from us with a support ticket number and link then we did not receive their request for whatever reason. The only sure way to request support is to go to the Member's Area and open a support ticket- this bypasses the risk of emails not getting delivered.

If we did receive the support request it will be dealt with as soon as possible- noting that sales issues wait all weekend because our sales department is open only Monday - Friday. 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, not 7 days like support.

Dozens, if not more tickets were answered this past weekend, like every weekend and it is difficult to imagine why 5 legitimate customers would not have got a response within 24 hours if we received their tickets.

This has been ongoing for some time. (Years) You just happened to be up to bat this time. Time to request your customers make a change to a more accommodating software provider???

vBulletin Tech support answer questions even on weekend. I really don't like the current situation of vBulletin but the support is good.

Same for Xenforo. They have replied all of my questions.

BTW, I believe that DBSEO is just a waste of money. It is priced at US $199.95 and this is nearly the same price for Xenforo. I will never buy a SEO plugin anymore! If I had US $199.95, I would either upgrade to VB5 or switch to Xenforo.

I really don't think about upgrading to VB5 ATM. I will look into Xenforo 1.3 and consider switching as IB has nearly left developement on VB4.

Well you need rules that rewrites the current URL's to Xenforo's. Some where in the vBulletin 4 forum on this website there is a link so you can make rewrite rules from vBSEO/vBulletin to Xenforo.

Indeed. I was able to successfully use the generated rewrite rules from the link to redirect vBSEO/vBulletin to XenForo.
