    Hey folks,

Those of you with an *@aliensoup.com e-mail address will want to be sure to backup any e-mail you absolutely need and, at least temporarily, switch any e-mail you currently receive here to somewhere else if needed.

Soon, we'll begin offering a brand new e-mail service, powered by Google giving you a lot more features for your *@aliensoup.com e-mail address and a much better interface, engine, spam scanner, and more.

I'll update this thread the day we're going to begin this process (most likely several weeks in the future).

Don't be surprised if you also receive an e-mail on this, I'll be mass-mailing all of our e-mail address holders of this as well..

    Re-registration.

However, I'll be making it for active Alien Soup members only and *I* will be making each account with a temporary password (which is changable upon login) and just PM it to people who want the e-mail but I don't want to get ahead of myself.. It will be a short while at least, as the domain mail feature from google is limited in how many can get in currently...

Okay folks, I'll be switching over to a new e-mail service this week. Anyone who has an *@aliensoup.com e-mail address may want to make sure that they clear it out this week and get anything they need..

Once the new service is up, it will not be available to just anyone. Only staff, and very active users will have access with the new google-hosted service.

    Thank you.

Yes -- that's an entirely separate system
