Common mistakes new forum owners make?

This is a great common mistakes, because its up to your content, and your members, to turn a forum, into an online community. It takes time though, and I don't think a lot of new forums have that type of time to devoted, or haven't done their research on running forums for that matter, etc.

 

Whats the point in worrying in the less important things when there is no content or members, no will join lol.
